- Verified Photomontages
Verified Photomontage Process
Brief: The locations and number of views required is decided through consultation with the design team and local authorities.
A verified view is an accurate photomontage created using a computer generated image superimposed onto a base photograph to create a seamless image which illustrates the visual effect and architectural form of a proposed development within the site context and its environment.
Our Methodology takes guidance from The Landscape Institute: “Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment” 3rd Edition and Landscape Institute Advice Note, “ Photography and Photomontage in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment”.
We are recognised as an independent expert among the architectural profession, planning authorities and the building industry. Our work is regularly relied upon by designers and planners in the visual assessment of proposed developments for feasibility studies, planning applications, and evidence at Oral Hearings.
