Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment Specialist – Model Works, London, UK

Model Works Limited is seeking a landscape architect/ architect – at project or more senior level in TVIA/ LVIA/landscape planning to join our growing LVIA team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in landscape architecture.
• Be a chartered member of the Landscape Institute or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the planning process & building regulations.

• Experience of LVIA preparation:
  • Good knowledge of the GLVIA, EPA guidelines for EIAR, etc.
  • Excellent research, analysis and report writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of the planning system, processes and hierarchy of policy documents.
• Full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pressuried but pleasant work environment.
